Good taste. I haven't read the other three, but I might check them out. Funny how all of them have funny but unique artstyle. Both Akagi and Kaiji are in my top 5 favorite manga of all time.
The other three are Bobobo, OPM (ONE’s webcomic version) and Cromartie Highschool
I forgot to mention TenGood taste. I haven't read the other three, but I might check them out. Funny how all of them have funny but unique artstyle.
Kaiji puts every other bishonen to shame. So moe <3I fucking love Kaiji, and it's so weird how i root for him to win and to lose at the same time, i just love to see this underdog struggle and win then struggle again and win.

I am learning Mahjong right now through Mahjong Souls to actually understand Akagi and part 3 of Kaiji, but it's just so complex! So many rules.Kaiji is super funny and crazy. I tried to watch Akagi but it was all Mahjong and didn't understand anything. Maybe I will watch it again to play the minigame in the old Yakuza games.
I think all the autor writes are a reflection of new generations being abused by old ones? At least Kaiji was about boomers being trolled by rich old mens that used The Bubble to be even more rich or something like that.
I haven't played pikman but these are really good. Great work.Probably my favorite series/mangaka, FKMT is up there with Osamu Tezuka and Naoki Urasawa for me. Some Kaiji/FKMT Pikmin fanart I did a while ago.

Reminder that he will basically never get to work again because he got arrested for weed in Japan.Kaiji is my goat, and that Taniuchi OST gives me life
Only read the first chapter, and it seems very interesting. Me (22) finding a 44-year-old relatable is pretty concerning thoughi only read "the legend of the strongest man, kurosawa!" by him. i really really liked it.
its about a middle aged man who realizes he never did anything with his life and starts trying to. it tackles a lot of themes about the role of the modern man in today's world, focusing on the subject of standing up for yourself even if its a losing fight.

i tried reading its sequel, shin kurosawa, but i dropped it because i didnt really like it. if anyone ever read it through the end let me know if it gets better after the red light district arc cause that's when i dropped it.

there's a few chapters where you think "what the hell" but then by the end its like "woah! this is great!"Only read the first chapter, and it seems very interesting. Me (22) finding a 44-year-old relatable is pretty concerning though![]()
