Something I really resent as a baseball fan is the notion that the Dodgers have great scouting and an eye for talent... No, what they have is a deep, deep wallet.

I remember them passing on countless of promising guys they saw NO value on when their finances didn't amount to the GDP of a small country, topping it all up with giving up on Pedro Martinez because they thought he didn't have the chops to become a starting pitcher in the majors.

... Imagine saying that about a guy who's not only in the Hall Of Fame, but also went on to become the face of both the Montreal Expos and Red Sox franchises.

Anyone can be the hottest bastard around after hiring Ohtani, half of the Rays' pitching rotation, Teoscar Hernandez, Yamamoto and many others, all proven stars.

Credit where it's due, but don't insult the rest of the league's intelligence, damn it.

Nope never had that sport and if you wanted to watch it on TV you had to pay for cable TV so I never watched it nor played it. How ever in my country we have something tiny bit similar called brännboll or acording to google translate rounders or if you litterly translate it Burnball it´s similar to baseball and round ball. like a mix hard to explain.

That is what I played allot in school and on free times which I enjoy allot I even hit some home run well not the same as pro baseball home run but more of I hit so hard it flew out the playing field which is smaller than baseball field.

Great (reminds me of the good, ancient times when literally any player could be a Blue Jay if we tried hard enough to get them).

You know how the Red Sox had the "Bambino Curse"? I feel like there's something like that going on with the Blue Jays because this team have become masters at disrespecting people who used to don the uniform and there's something almost supernatural fucking them up, which was seen having a field day on Game 7.

Many, many great (and even more good) players were thrown to the lions because the team has all the backbone of a crushed jellyfish. It's really not good.

You misunderstood me, I ment the fact that Soccer (footbul) is the fruitiest game ever is the only reason baseball does not take its #1 spot.
