We started off on the wrong foot, but then managed to claw our way back and make it an actual match for about ten minutes... but the failed penalty really annihilated our morale — and I could just tell he was going to miss it by the way he was approaching the ball. Just ugly.

Haaland and a few others weren't playing because there was no need to risk them.

But fuck the French are good... and scarily fast!
