This was translated by way of an anonymous romhacker porting the official English translation of the Windows remake by G-Collections into the PC-98 version. Every line is translated and the quality of the translation is pretty good.

I highly recommend the emulator Neko Project 21/W for playing on Windows. It's the most feature complete emulator for the NEC PC-9801 and is in active development receiving frequent updates. Use this guide for help on how to obtain and configure the emulator.

This game uses either FM or MIDI for music. There are two options for MIDI in the menu: GS or LA. Both of them use different instruments for the songs, but I think GS is the better of the two. The FM one sounds rather lame and bland tbh and feels musically lacking compared to the MIDI output. In order to use MIDI with NP21W you'll need an MIDI mapper app.

I suggest getting both CoolSoft VirtualMIDISynth and MIDIMapper (they work in tandem with each other) There are other options such as Fluidsynth or Timidity++ but VirtualMIDISynth is my favorite. For soundfonts to use I have a collection saved of the ones I frequently use saved on my MEGA here. I've found the Roland SC-55 soundfont sounds best with this game but you can pick whichever. You can learn how to setup those apps for Windows on their pages but for how to use them in NP21W: you go to Device -> MIDI option... and for the MIDI-OUT drop down pick CoolSoft MIDIMapper. Then you can pick either GS or LA in Raidy and you'll hear the MIDI music working.

This game is part of a trilogy, and you can find all three of the official English Windows ones from JAST's online store. They are all DRM free, but for legal reasons I think it would be best not to add them to the repo.
