The main hero of the game is a young doctor named Tanchi. One day, his boss, the old professor Akihabara, invites him to his office and reveals some secrets concerning the young man's parents and an international crime syndicate known as Black Cross, which Akihabara was trying to bring down. Meanwhile, Black Cross sends a female agent under codename 0074 to assassinate a certain powerful man who happens to stay in the same hospital where Tanchi works...

A game starring a ragtag group of medical professionals, including the titular Dengeki Nurse, fending off the international crime syndicate Black Cross. Hijinks ensue as this game parodies anything adjacent to 90s otaku culture you can think of, like Gainax's "Cybernetic Hi-School" and "Sailor Moon", and a few things that definitely aren't, like "The Rocky Horror Show" and F1 racing!

The game features not only the typical Japanese adventure game UI and format, but every so often the player is thrown into RPG battles against the game's many villain and villainesses.

I highly recommend the emulator Neko Project 21/W for playing on Windows. It's the most feature complete emulator for the NEC PC-9801 and is in active development receiving frequent updates. Use this guide for help on how to obtain and configure the emulator.

It can also play fine using the Neko Project II Kai core in RetroArch. Just make sure you have all the PC-98 bios files in the System folder. (C:\RetroArch-Win64\system if using default install location on Windows) I shared them in this comment.

The adult content in this game is rather mild and softcore, but there is enough nudity and lewd humor to warrant the adult content tag. That said, it's nowhere near the explicitness of something like Shizuku or Amy's Fantasies.
