Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 is a Racing video game published by N and developed by Namco released on 2007 for the Arcade.
This game although marketed as a sequel to Mario Kart Arcade GP is more so a deluxe version, you play this you played both.
If you have a softmodded Wii/WiiU you can play this on Nintendont, you may have to rename it to game.iso first.
I don't know about running this on an emulator as I play mostly on real hardware but this tutorial explains how to run this via dolphin.
