Only available on Linux & Windows at the moment
I saw at github that Wunkolo helped implementing the Mac version, but I think it must be compiled manually for now. Wunkolo also was implementing some automatic dev builds with each new commit.

Habemus version 0.1.3.

Graphics in Magic Knight Rayearth are fixed!

No problem with the system memory... but the sound is bugged

The other time I thought the automatic builds artifacts were ready for downloading but it seems they only were testing compilation.

I am wating for CHD support... al my saturn games are CHD format
This is my big wishlist item as well. I like Mednafen well enough, but it's probably the only emulator I regularly use that doesn't support CHD files.

I've been trying out Ymir a big on my Linux machine. I'm excited for the progress it's made, and it seems the dev has been making rapid progress as well.

A pity that CHD isn't really lossless, and have some trouble with tracks, if not I would have started using it.
CHD is lossless

It does warn in the code regarding tracks can be omitted. Convert with caution. This is the debate everyone talks about regarding saving disk space by converting to CHD. There is other conversion methods. You can revert back. .GDI is Sega Dreamcast GD-Rom dumps.

for /r %%i in (*.chd) do chdman extractcd -i "%%i" -o "%%~ni.cue"

for /r %%i in (*.chd) do chdman extractdvd -i "%%i" -o "%%~ni.iso"

for /r %%i in (*.chd) do chdman extractcd -i "%%i" -o "%%~ni.gdi"

But I think somewhere it said for that to work it have to include data/info that's not on bin/cue dumps, and nocash said something about not preserving sectors correctly.

I've had that happen when the game wouldn't boot so I ended up reverting back the conversion of the disc. In some instances for example some mod or hacked disc, it wasn't worth pulling my hair & stressing over it so I left it as is.

To be honest I have not enough knowledge to comprehend all, but I try to read all nonetheless.
Of all that I linked and readed, I don't know if even the method of cue/bin that redump uses is good enough to preserve all aspects of the discs.
For the sake of simplicity and to avoid more confusion I use the validated Redump cue/bin dumps.
Nevertheless I hope that preservation keeps developing better, and that CHD or new formats be ready to use.

I totally agree with you
