FIFA Road to World Cup 98 for PS1. Leaned heavily towards arcade style over sim so you can enjoy scores like 16-3 before the halftime whistle blows.
A shoutout needs to go to World Cup Italia 90 on the Mega Drive, or Sega Soccer as it was rebranded after the license expired. Pretty shit, even for the standards of the time but I can't help but return to it whenever I fire up the MD

Curiously the origin of my name cames from Pokemon (but not Arcanine if not from the nine islands of the Sevii Islands (Archi7 in the spanish localization).

I will say as I always say I never been a fan of sports game or even sports event on TV I think it´s more fun to do it my self in real life just as a fun activity to do.

But if I had to pick 1 game well Mega man soccer.

Another fact about my name is that Pokemon Fire Red was (probably) my first game ever and the one that introduced me to cool pixel art and music (+ that like of video game music and that type of music that most GBA games have). So it means a lot for me. Specially the post game since i wasted so many hours wandering around the Sevii Islsnds (Archi7 for me since i played the spanish version).
Also i thought that Archienine sounded better than Archieseven lol.
