I suppose the silver lining is that they probably wouldn't be able to complain a whole lot about it.

Speaking a touch more seriously, one of the positive things about characters in general is fantasy fulfillment: interactions one would have, be they what they may be, that wouldn't be possible otherwise could help tone down the need to push such impulses onto real people. Not a foolproof logic, of course, as it can end up encouraging breaking the threshold, but oh well.

Yep, I’ve met people who have fantasies themselves and fiction is a way to treat it, not that there’s nothing inherently wrong with a fantasy if it’s safe and just temporary but it does help in alleviating anything potentially dangerous.

Obviously, there’s a limit because then there’s stuff like Character Ai but for the most part it’s normal.

People shit on Neckbeards but in reality most of them are just people with issues social or mental that see fiction as escapism, so waifu’s are actually a decent way to ease that stress.

If I could pick and choose it would be a cozy coffee shop somewhere somewhat chilly and montainous, away from the hustle and bustle.

Arcade and or mall, it helps gauge their interests and connections as a mall usually has something that’ll pique their interest.

Arcades are a bit more risky but if their more accepting they won’t mind, and they make for a fun time if their willing to accept something slightly nerdy.

I’ve always taken dates to either a Mexican or just went along with their idea if I know Jack about them, since I find it easier to cater to their location.
