Capcom was on a roll those days. Captain Commando, AvP, Armored Warriors/Powered Gear, Cadilacs and Dinossaurs, the D&D duology... so much good stuff.

I resent Capcom for not giving us more Cyberbots, and don't get me started on Darkstalkers.
The most we can get is some characters being in Marvel vs Capcom Series

Waku Waku 7 is great. Fernandez was actually kinda tough.
He was a cheap shot. But still a fun game.

An Awesome game. Especially the Grandma and Grandpa characters ?

Might say this again. Metal Slug got botched in the worst way possible.

Here's another trippy game for ya, though it's not a fighting game.

The ending still holds the weirdest in my book.
Ah, Altered Beast was something of a Killer App for the Genesis/Megadrive at launch, right? I didn't get a Genesis until some years later.

Yeah, it was. Altered Beast is a great ass game. I even like the PS2 one, regardless of popular opinion. I tend to enjoy games that everyone else thinks are bad though. Crash of the Titans and Yakuza Dead Souls are ones that come to mind.

From Where I'm from, King of Fighter 97' was played the most by everyone during the arcade times.

That's cause 97 is one of the most solid fighters they've put out. I just like the vibe of 2000 the most.

Is there a way to play an arcade game m

The PS2's Altered Beast's Transformations were the reason I played the game. This can't be recreated today I would say. The company doesn't want to make a new more awesome sequel for this game. That is a shame.

They are doing Golden Axe though. Let's hope it's good so that Altered Beast hopefully gets a second chance. Lots of missed opportunity there.

Honestly I think if SEGA did a Altered Beast game with a Rampage or Primal Rage type thing going on with multiple characters that all have different mutations it'd be awesome.
