Oh definitely, but I still prefer Alpha's super bold colors and crunchy shading.
SF3 has some insanely good designs, but it kind of started the trend of obnoxiously outlandish humanoids that they only seemingly now are moving away from.

Mall goths count but nothing compares to Queen Siouxsie, but the old-school punky goth look barely exists anymore. They're as rare as angel skeletons.
