Is there a difference between the PSP version and the HD port?

The difference is that I was not aware of being a HD PC port. Honest mistake on my end.

I will argue that PC games need decomps too. For example, think of any game designed for win9x that doesn't run on a modern OS.

I know people who would kill for a decomp of MechWarrior 4 or Interstate 76.

need for speed 2 SE and any of the old racing games absolutely.

Fable 2. Or the even the original Fable on Xbox. There was a PC port of the original but it was before x-input so it does not have native controller support. The Anniversary version is alright but it makes pretty substantial changes to the art style. Fable 2 on PC would be amazing as the performance on even the Series X leaves a lot to be desired.

i played fable lost chapters with my PS4 pad, using ds4windows (i MIGHT have mapped the keyboard/mouse inputs to the pad, i don't recall, extremely customizable though)
think you can even just use steam (add as non-steam game to library) and use steam input settings. i don't use this that often so no clue how it works on fable 1.
worst case is mapping the keyboard mouse to gamepad

So do you mean like console games or old PC games?
If we're talking older PC games probably Mabinogi. Having an offline client that is seperate from the MMO would be pretty cool, especially if it's tweaked to make the combat work like it used to before dual swords became the default cheese.
If we're talking console decomps, native decomp ports of Skate 2 and 3 would be amazing, especially if it's built with mods in mind XD
The skate online thing is such a dissapointment and just makes me want a PC version of the console skate games more.
Oh yeah! just because I just remembered it Dargalia Lost as a full screen PC game would be so awesome :D
(on a side note ugh my internet connection is so dogshit I might as well be using dial-up right now)
