My two favs right now BrainAlert for video game essays and Shawnee for music and streaming

Proko for learning art stuff
Marc Brunet for learning digital art and anime
NeverKnowsBest for long form gaming essays
OrchestralFantasy for the Square Enix music covers. I highly recommend this channel.

For gaming: Majuular, Matt McMuscles, Civvie 11, Sajam, Nephew, Avalanche Reviews, GameSack (haven't watched much since Dave left though)
General Stuff: RedLetterMedia, John Wolfe (love his paranormal debunking stuff), dreading, Matt Orchard, PapaMeat/Meat Canyon, ComicTropes, Lazy Masquerade, Wendigoon, Oki's Weird Stories
I watch a good amount of YouTube for background noise when I'm doing stuff, but that list covers my go to's

Lately, I've been searching and seeing small channels show up, here's some of them that I find interesting
mart: Talking about something curious, history of each topic

Yweftnet: Cute girl talking about handheld gaming (as of now it's emulation on a really small phone like what Zealous Chuck did)

JustJamie: While I don't care much about his ranking stuff, I love seeing the difference of some game ports, especially the really old one (ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Armstrad CPC, etc.)

RedLetterMedia, of course
LazyGameReviews, of course, also
Ashens when he still posted regularly
GrimBeard is so good I don't even care about his braindead left coast political opinions occasionally sneaking their way in
SethTzeentach is an amazing reviewer, and I'm not sure how he gets away with the jokes he makes
EmptyHero is a legend but a lot of you will probably hate him if you're not already fans
kenny lauderdale, amazing anime channel
Mitten Squad, RIP
Atrocity Guide, incredible documentaries in a beautiful voice

There's also a channel called brahkie I just found a few days ago, but I expect many of you may like it. She appears to be a zoomer girl meticulously aping the style of videos from the late 2000s and it's pretty effective.

You're welcome, hope I gave you something to watch k byeeeee

Rinse Repeat is really good, but I don't know if you know that there's an entire ecosystem of YT channels that stream VHSrips of 80s/90s TV shows with commercials.

What are you go to YouTube channels that you always know have banger videos? For me it's cold ones , spicymayo and siivagunner.
Personally I really enjoy Supermega for laughing at stupid stuff and Happyconsolegamer for casual viewing. Johnny's stories are really enjoyable to listen to while I do other stuff.

Marsh is pretty cool his videos about older smt titles are pretty fun to watch
Nitro Rad is great. Fantastic point of reference for indie platformers.
I dunno how I forgot to mention Marsh. He’s great.

Marsh and Basement Brothers are both awesome. There's a still a lot of Japanese RPGs, especially the ones on Japanese PCs, that haven't been covered online yet.

There's a great Phantasy Star clone called Gen'ei Toshi that I've always wanted to see get more attention. I think Basement Brothers plans to talk about it someday.
