For me, it's the PS2, no contest.

It got me through high school with my sanity in tact, the backwards compatibility was a nice touch, and the library of games was absolutely baller.

For me is really hard. I am really thorn between the Nintendo DS and the PS2, because of my childhood. But looking in retrospect i really like the GBA and the PSX Catalog, and both can be played in their successors. Soo i will say the Sega Saturn, just to be quirky :3 (Okay, maybe the PS2 is my all time favorite)

ps2 i don't need to mention anything, everyone knows how much stuff that console has

DS
Hotel Dusk, Phoenix Wright games, Ghost Trick, SMT Strange Journey, TWEWY, 999, Chibi Robo clean sweep, there's so many 10/10 games in the DS its insane

I'm the queen of underdogs, what can I say. Some of the best looking 2d game ever made right here. It would be this or the Dreamcast. Really depends what day. I spent the entire amount I made working at Target (US department store, I worked the food stand) for the summer to buy a Dreamcast the day it came out.

Who knew that 30 years later we would be venerating this absolute legend for the very same reason it failed. I'd love to get involved in a Saturn Project, if anyone knows of one looking for a composer/sound fx guy.

If I opt to ignore any backwards compatibility features and things of that nature, I suppose I'd say the original PlayStation. Mostly because of the history of the damn thing. Sony was HELLBENT on succeeding with that little gray CD player and the relationships they nurtured with weirdo start-ups at the time gave us bizarro mixed-media nonsense art games like Moon: Remix RPG Adventure, Hanabi Fantast, and every Artdink game. I'll concede that the PS2 has the larger library, and the sleek black monolith form factor, DVD playback and all of the rest of it - but the way I see it, the PSX is Sony's one and only TRUE underdog moment...and the vibes were immaculate, impressive and inimitable.

PSVita and 3DS stands together at the top (but if I MUST choose, I would say Vita); second place, PSP and DS (also, if I MUST choose I would say PSP)

My favorite games are the nds ones, played on DS Lite (DS Phat is too heavy and bulky). I have a DS flashcard in slot-1 and GBA flashcard in slot-2. I like using the stylus for puzzle games and the dpad for jrpgs. I owned a DSi XL but sold it because the graphics were too blocky and pixelated. The same for the 3DS, with two screens of different sizes and heavier than the DS Lite: never liked it and therefore sold.

This is a tough one as Im torn between Nostalgia (SNES) with games like ALTTP, And most played (NDS) with games like Pokemon SoulSilver. Wii is also there as a top three. Family was a Nintendo house for sure.

Well, for me my favorite console of all times is the N64. I used to have so much fun playing games like Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Zelda Ocarina of Time, Majoras Mask, Perfect Dark. The list is huge. Many people dislike the console due to the cartridge issue. They were very expensive as well. I didn't have a lot of cartridges, but had a lot of fun with those I had and with emulators. Mario 64 is still the best 3D mario for me nowadays. The cake is a lie indeed... :ROFLMAO:

The PS1, no contest. Look at that beautiful pile of grey that I stole from Google images. Still have a modded and working PS1 (not my original PS1 sadly :<), have a third party controller and memory card that have outlived all my official stuff and a good library for it. It made me a Playstation fan for life, even though Sony (and all the other companies) are total shitters now.
