In my Ridge Racer-gasm, I just realised I never listed my favourites. It's kinda hard to decide what it would be, whether it's Rage Racer, Ridge Racers 2, Daytona USA, Burnout 2, Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed or even Mega Man Battle & Chase. And those are only ones that I PLAYED. So instead I'll leave you all with a racing game I hope gets translated one day that I only just remembered existed because I went to look up Automodellista.

This is Code R. I hear the game plays like shit, the music isn't anything to write home about either. But there's two reasons I was fascinated with this one: the style... and the fact that it's half dating sim. Like come on how many racing dating games are there?!

Need for Speed Most Wanted had it all: Sleek cars (Aston Martin DB9? Sheeeeeeit.), great race type variety, a fully realised map, the high stake revenge plot and of course the fist-bumpin', neck-breakin', earth-shakin' nu-metal soundtrack. All killer no filler

I always liked the Ridge Racer games. I enjoyed the drift mechanics in them.

Frankly speaking, I never really liked racing games (i don't have the skilles for that). The only titles I ever played were from SEGA. Like Super Monaco GP (Game Gear), Virtual Racing (Mega Drive/Genesis), Sega Rally, Sega Touring Car, ManxTT Superbike...or Crazy Taxi (I don't know if that one count)
