I like pokémons that aren't explicitly an animal species or an object. This was something that was kinda lost over time.

It's a dope looking card but my lord is that thing ever slow. 3 turns to enable an attack that disables itself after 1 use? That is baffling.

Even accessing that power at basic isn't enough of a bonus to make it playable. I feel like there's either a really good enabler card in the same set, or I'm not remembering what the balance of the tcg was like at this point in time lmao

Lugia is unique because that pokémon is a bird that looks almost like a dragon yet is a psy type.

Maybe the small criticism is that Gen 1&2 had too many bird legendaries but that's not a big deal.
