Sarmale with Mămăligă
It's easier just to use the Google version of this.
Minced meat (pork/beef). I like the beef version, I don't really like pork. There's also rice-stuffed cabbage rolls (sarmale) served with dense, boiled cornmeal porridge (mămăligă). Often cooked with sauerkraut, dill, and smoked meats, this dish is commonly topped with sour cream.

My dads Taco gratin which is as it´s sound it´s a pasta gratin with Taco flavored minced meat and cheese.

My moms flying Jacob" Swedish casserole composed of chicken, whipping cream, chili sauce, bananas, roasted peanuts, bacon."

And lastly Merry me Chiken yes that´s the name. "Marry Me Chicken" is a famous, wildly delicious skillet dinner featuring tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich, creamy sun-dried tomato and parmesan sauce with pasta.

I’m a fan of burgers. I had a schnitzel sandwich once which I enjoyed as well.

I love any kind of pasta and I love salmon with pistachio crumbs, garlic mashed potatoes and baked Brussels sprouts.

I like Mofongo, national dish of Puerto Rico mashed plantains with pork grind or shrimps

I also like Brazo Gitano, basically Spanish style roll cakes with cheese and nutella
