What's your favorite meal?

It's endlessly versatile. It can be a struggle meal, a super fancy expensive one, or anything in between, but it's always piping hot and always fills you up to the brim in a wonderful way.
I'm practically raised on it, and have eaten it probably once a week every week of my life, and it NEVER gets boring.
 
I would say, my mother's beef stew. She just simply seems to get the right flavor, aroma and consistency each time. I hope to make it as perfectly one day.
And shawarma!
As for desserts, welp can't choose. But I would go with tiramisu and honeycomb bread (an Arab dessert) that just hits each time 🔥

The problem I have is that my favorite meal changes from month to month, it's really depends on my mood. Currently, my favorite meal is white chili. I don't care much for beef or pork, but I do love almost anything chicken. I'm not going to sit here and spout off the recipe, link below if you're interested. It's really good, although I substitute the green chilies with habanero and the Neufchâtel cheese with cream cheese, since green chilies don't have enough kick and I don't like the taste of Neufchâtel.

Mapo Tofu. I have made this myself many times but it's hard to get good Doubanjiang.
Having been lucky enough to taste actual Szechuan food, I have to add the correct amount of Szechuan Peppercorn to the dish now or it doesn't taste right to me. I guess Fate was right about this dish.

Szechuan cooking is the bomb. Would love to taste the real deal but it is hard to find an authentic Chinese restaurant where I live, just the Americanized fast food version.
 
I am a vegetarian. So I eat a lot of things that are plant-based or soy products. I don't have a favorite food.
 
Favorite meal has changed.

Loaded bake potato with rice and beef tips covered in ghost pepper hot sauce.
