Sonic Adventure, Crazy Taxi, and Jet Grind Radio are the Dreamcast games that instantly come to mind.

Since those have already been said, I'll go with Blue Stinger as another one. I've always loved this game but it didn't get a lot of love until recent years.

For my tastes Skies of Arcadia and Code Veronica...but in terms of all gaming Soul Caliber and the 2K sports games (nearly the entire lineup) were just light years beyond what was available on PS1 and N64 at the time, just a quantum leap forward. Sports games on playstation might as well have been Pong the minute the 2k games hit on DC.

For exclusive ones, people already mentioned Project Justice, Kikaioh/Tech Romancer, Phantasy Star Online, Jet Set Radio and Sakura Taisen 3.

Shenmue 1 and 2 I don't think need any explaining, some of my favorite games of all time, Project Justice is one hell of a great fighting game on the dreamcast, sequel to the amazing Rival Schools on the playstation, and Illbleed... it's one of the funniest most charming games i've ever played, if you haven't played it yet or never even heard of it please give it a chance, you're in for a ride there's nothing quite like it
