What would you do if RGT goes under/shuts down?

Back to seeding the 4chan's complete game libraries to ensure preservation continues.
Having the option to just download a torrent of EVERY game for a system is cool. But still haven't set up my dedicated server to hold my personal copies and once you hit the 5th gen those libraries become ludicrous in filesize.
I currently seed every 3rd & 4th gen pack 24/7 but past that I rely on the repo & Vimm ::sailor-embarrassed

Well I only backup the games I like and good thing is since 2016 the video game industry is so shit I have a few games from that era I want to preserve so thus I save so much space!!! lolol

Anyone got any ideas for this kinda site format concerning longevity? All of these eventually get shut down. Obviously torrents are much harder to kill and game libraries will probably always be mirrored by those for the foreseeable future- I'm mostly talking about nice little catalogues like these where you can browse a visual library of all the games available and sort for what you want/what is mirrored.

Obviously Tor and Freenet have shit download speeds, but maybe we can have a happy medium where you have both this nice UI and the games are available to download via magnet link.
What I am saying is, if this place gets turned over by lawyers we someone who is not any of us should move to a service like Tor.

It will end up the same as CDR lol
CDR was fine. Bring on another CDR.

If RGT goes, I think it may have been created as data-harvesting for the folk using the old CDR.

I'll miss a place to type nonetheless, even just to read back my own thoughts. I probably should just keep a diary.

Will probably quit emulation and just continue to play WarCraft 3 as usual and then say "oh noooo how can i contact masterEN and others now? Well we may never meet again but i won't forget you guys!"

RGT even if it goes down will live forever in my heart and my mind (:

Is this the right time to make a joke about creating a Discord server for RGT?
Damn, didn't use Discord since COVID, does it still exist? Last time I heard about it a parent in my work place was proud that governments wanna shut down that criminal scum digital place that make kids suicide by streaming their video on Discord or some shit lol.

Honestly it would be quite sad. There's no site like RGT in terms of community and if it ever came to that, I'd probably be touching grass but the site would definitely live on with the memories made along the way.

Ahhh, don't make me think about such things!

The real RGT was the friends we made along the way, minus the trolls that trolled us along the way.
I miss a few people who were more on the trolly side of things. Sadly, they chose to fly a little too close to the Sun.
