Movies What would be a really good movie for me to watch on Halloween? I'm not used to watching horror movies that I don't like.

Mind you, The Evil Dead is more of a campy horror movie, but still a great Halloween flick. And let's be honest, anything with Bruce Campbell is awesome.

Check out Trick 'R Treat. Its weaves multiple stories into a full movie -- its fun, but also has some edge. Honestly, a perfect Halloween film.

While the recommendations people are giving you are good horror movies, I think they are overlooking the fact that you said you don't watch horror as you are sensitive to the fear factor. With that in mind, I recommend these movies as a good lite horror:
The Witches 1990

I am a Horror movie aficionado. I personally like the old black and white films best. There are quite a few enjoyable ones. The classic monster movies such as Frankenstein and the Wolfman, Drácula with Bela Lugosi. Vincent Price in House on Haunted Hill. Is rather enjoyable and spooky. Many Boris Karloff films are quite fun.
The original Nosferatu and Cabinet of Dr Caligari( Some consider it to be the first horror movie). There are also many Halloween specials for TV shows like It's the great pumpkin Charlie Brown and The Garfield tv show. Wish you the best of luck to find something enjoyable!

You could try The Cabin In the Woods, the first half is more like a Cliche Drinking game in film form, but the second half is what sold the movie for me

For something far more... surreal, you could watch The Lighthouse, easly the most claustrophobic movie i ever seen with "This is happening or they are hallucinating" crazyness to boot, is not terror, is more like a psycological thriller, but it still counts

Santa Sangre (1989)
No one does surreal horror like the Mexican

At Midnight I'll Take Your Soul (1964)
Campy Brazilian Classic

ObrigadoThanks for the tip, I'm not used to watching horror movies, but I never liked them. I'll try to watch them, as they're black and white, right?
Besides Night of the Living Dead and other classics, the only other black and white horror movie that I can think of is Carnival of Souls.

Little Shop of Horrors (1960)

The Pit and the Pendulum (1961)

Sleep Hollow

Beetlejuice
