Movies What would be a really good movie for me to watch on Halloween? I'm not used to watching horror movies that I don't like.

They look awesome! Do you know the Mexican film about a killer baby? I saw it as a kid and it was super scary, I just can't remember what it was called. Do you remember? Thanks!
I don't recall, but if you watched it as a kid it might have been a dubbed American movie that trope had some success there because of Rosemary's Baby and The Omen, Maybe a less well known lower budget movie like: It’s Alive (1974)

and: El libro de piedra, (1969)

sounds similar but with an older kid, it had a remake in 2008 so you also might have seen that

Little Shop of Horrors (1960)

The Pit and the Pendulum (1961)
Sleep Hollow

Beetlejuice
All these are Awesome and Horror comedies are great for beginners watchers ans people that are not into being scared.

Wow! You found it! It was It's alive! Thank you very much. I have seen the omen and Rosemary's baby. I have also seen the original El libro de Piedra and the newer one. Hasta el viento tiene miedo is also a good one. Not a fan of the remake. Mas negro que la noche is also enjoyable. You made my day. Thanks!

The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Hellraiser or my personal favorite The Evil Dead

Mind you, The Evil Dead is more of a campy horror movie, but still a great Halloween flick. And let's be honest, anything with Bruce Campbell is awesome.

I pretty much only watch movies from the 70s 80s and 90s, with a few exceptions of course. I watch a new movie every night before bed, I've done this for a couple years now. And i have a good list going too (i write everything down). Anything that's worth watching, and a few that weren't. If i recommended any horror movies though they would all be from the 80s.

Sounds good.

I like old horror movies, such as Night of the Living Dead, Dracula, Wolfman, etc....
The originals mind you, with Bela Lugosi, Lon Chaney Jr., Ect...

Hell, I think my honest to God favorite movie is The Seventh Seal from 1957 by the woefully underrated Ingmar Bergman.

Sadly, I do have to watch this one with English on, as I don't speak the language
