What videogame world do you want to live in for the rest of your life?

Bully so I can bully people
Wait I already do that

I'd kill for a Soldat Raggio IRL... No, the Yamasa Raggio NSX, modified by P.M.U. doesn't count (although its very cool on its own).

Also, bamco managed to revive KLONOA of all series (with a remaster, but still) and there's still no new Ridge Racer since 2016 with that draw & drift mobile game. They did feature some content in Drift Spirits, and they put some OSTs on Spotify, so they DEFINETLY acknowledge the series. (I mean, even Shuto Battle has a new game, and like RR, their latest content/acknowledgements were inside DRSP. If Genki, with their reeeeeaaaaaally small team can do It, then Bamco absolutely can do It as well ::bigboss

  • Dead or Alive Beach Volleyball — Do nothing but have fun playing games with cute women in a warm climate. And as far as I know, heat exhaustion, skin cancer, and tsunamis aren't a thing in that world.
  • Hunie Pop — If they let me kill off that fairy (most obnoxiously written female character in gaming ever), it would actually be a paradise. Otherwise, I might not even bother with it.
  • NBA Jam — Basketball is awesome and Michael Jordan and Lebron James don't exist.
  • HoloCure — I'd probably just hang out at the HoloHouse eating sushi, fishing, arranging the furniture, and chilling with the Holomem until the next update lets me unlock more Holomem. (And technically you can grind the HoloHouse to get money, so no need to risk fighting.)
  • Animal Crossing — Would be the most chill life you could have without human interaction.

Eorzia (Final Fantasy XIV), but specifically Gridania. The forests and lit-up buildings are all so beautiful. Or Pokemon, like E0N said. I love the Johto region in particular and how harmoniously nature and technology are depicted.

The Ys world, it's literally a copy of medieval Europe but the Ro(ma)mun empire still exists somehow. If I had to choose a specific region, I guess either Felghana, Gllia or Esteria

definitely skyrim. i wouldn't mind being like a shopkeeper in some town or a student at the college of winterhold. dont know if id like to be tasked with saving the entire world tho! lol

Hmmm... Not sure of a specific game... But with criteria.

1) Potential for infinite growth (well at least for me...)
1a) with places to explore
1b) and things to do. like crafting.

2) I should be able to summon monsters (or get a class/ability to do so) to do my bidding (doing everything yourself gets annoying after a while). Also infinite potential there.
3) the ability to have a harem
4) there must be cookies. though pancakes works too.

If we're going to mix and match, then the answer is a bit different for me:
  • The world size, craftability, and openness of Minecraft (with a bit or Ark and PalWorld mixed in).
  • The crafting system from Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. (Because Minecraft doesn't have cars and flying bikes with lasers on them.)
  • The community and services of Animal Crossing.
  • Harem made up of the cast of HoloCure. (preferably v1.0 or later to get the 28 they haven't added yet)
  • "Gameplay" from Hunie Pop and Baldur's Gate III. (Combined with the upcoming update to HoloCure, that technically means we get Bear% with Nene-chi in the cast.)
  • The sports gameplay of NBA Jam.
  • The casino from Dragon Quest VIII. (I got pretty good at rigging roulette in that one.)
  • Personal chef from Personal Trainer: Cooking.

Maybe Mass Effect. I was going to say Skyrim but I am worried about getting a bad tooth  Pokemon would be cool as well. In general I avoid picking post apoc games as place to live due to potential health concerns, mostly teeth.

If you want to do a test run on what it is to live in Mass Effect universe during the Reaper war when Council stonewalled you for years and denied the invasion will happen... and then when it started every other country backed out, leaving you on your own as entire cities around you get destroyed all the while wingnuts get indoctrinated into supporting the invaders worldwide... just visit Ukraine.

Worst part is when you are being gaslit by developers that the best ending is fusing with invaders or something instead of outright destroying them.

We need real life Citadel DLC with blackjack and hookers.

The Pokémon world

No more school after 4th/5th grade and I get to travel the world and train Pokémon and partake in action packed battles in front of stadiums full of people that's televised!

Sign! Me! UP!

Just avoid the dangerous places heh.

And if you see Adol be careful if there are no danger around.

Oh, if we're talking specific machines then, yeah, a Soldat Raggio would be real sweet but perhaps an Assoluto Bisonte, specifically the Racing Team Solvalou tuned varient, would be a literal dream come true.

Also, slight correction, there has been no Ridge Racer since 2012, we do not count the vita game nor the mobile games as they are bigger disgraces to the RR name than Unbounded. (which really isn't bad, it was just late to a trend and was named after a series it had nothing to do with)

Still want a new Ridge Racer though, we got Tekken 8 before Ridge Racer 8 or Ace Combat 8, hell, they had Ridge Racer 8 in development for switch and they canned it! I speak on everyone's behalf that the world needs Ridge Racer 8. (also Ace Combat 8 for that matter, although AC7 is more recent than RRU or even RRD&D if you want to actually count that as the final game)

There's a lot of fantasy worlds I'd love to live in or visit, but the ubiquity of giant spiders in fantasy settings makes a lot of them a dealbreaker.

So Project Diva.

FFXII's Ivalice be a hunter if possible and find a Bangaa mate and tear up towns, Oblivion's Cyrodil be an alchemist and hunter and just live in a cottage with a dog and hope no assassin comes my way, any Harvest Moon/Story of Season's town, maybe Shadow of the Colossus but only if the forbidden lands had a village. Rogue Galaxy or Star Ocean 3 but I want to shop my planets before I choose my main home.

Harvest Moon, i would like to get some humble home by the sea in Harmonica Town and live out my days in tranquility.
