While I haven't played it, I have seen footages of the game, "Lost In Vivo" and while most people call it a ps1/ps2 style horror game, for some reason my brain thought, "This shit would rock on a dream cast." For some reason, I want this game demastered to Dreamcast, because I feel like the vibes of it would work there instead of ps1/ps2.
Similarly, for any indie game you might have come around recently (played or not played and just seen footage of) makes you think, "Man I would love to see it release for/demastered to dreamcast.

whoah Games looks great!!. Didnt know about it Thank you
Indie game on Dreamcast ... hmmm...

Super Lone Survivor. Even though it's graphically simple enough not to push the Dreamcast anywhere near its limits, I think the lighting effects would be interesting to see rendered on a CRT. Dreamcast may have had some good horror games but it never had its own Silent Hill type game, (unless you run actual Silent Hill on Bleem) so that would fill that void.

Pseudoregalia?

I'd like to see Lunistice get a port as well.

I wonder if an rpgmaker game is possible, like OFF or Yume Nikki

Probably. The Dreamcast is able to run a modified version of Windows, and I've seen more demanding ports than that done for it. If someone with the proper knowledge had enough interest, I'm confident that the Dreamcast is powerful enough to pull it off.

Parking Garage Rally Circuit would play fine in the old Sueñocast.

Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, made by Team Reptile, a spiritual successor to Jet Set Radio. As for the game itself, if you showed me a screenshot of it without any context and told me it was a lost Dreamcast game, I would have believed it. I think it would work incredibly well and feel right at home on the Dreamcast.

I'd like to see "One Way Heroics" or "Downwell" ported to the dreamcast.

I feel a roguelike would help round out the library a bit.

If I weren't factoring in what the library needs I'd personally like a easy braindead way for RenPy games to run on the dreamcast so that it could become a visual novel beast.

Fittingly enough, Freedom Planet, THE Sonic-like game
I'd almost wish someone could make a Sega Saturn version but I wouldn't blame them if they would only include Lilac's story.

Penny's big breakaway.
A very nice platformer but I'm wondering if the physics wouldn't be too much for the CPU.

I'd also add Zortch Maxinum Against the Alien Brainsuckers which is a late 90's style FPS in its own custom engine.

Unrealistic probably, but I'd say Megabonk as my first pick. It might've been a "streamer game of the month" type of game, but I enjoyed playing it for about 55 hours getting the items and skins and stuff. Also feels like it fits with the more arcade-y style of a chunk of the platform.

If we're talking realms of realism though? Maybe something like Lucid Blocks. It feels like it could be a bit more like an LSD: Dream Emulator game for the platform. Or TheoTown as a city builder since it's already got the retro style going on.
