Can you beat your most played or favorite game/level blindfolded?

I think i'm confident that I can beat a playthrough of Faster Than Light or at least get to Sector 5 without dying.

Not really.

Most of my favorites are randomized and/or dialogue heavy.

I can beat it in Japanese despite not knowing a single kanji, so probably.

Probably not to be completely honest
A lot of my favourite games have way too many variables and random elements to them that I don't see a blindfolded run being possible. Mega Man X would probably be the one I'd most likely be able to get done blindfolded (with a lot of practice beforehand obviously).
