What makes people go vegan?

Thats vegetarian, vegan is a super duper extra version about not using any animal products.

Guess that means no milk? Yogurt or butter.....that's sad.

Very, very sad, the philosophy is not hurting the animals, and while historically it meant not killing, these days due to industrialized mass production even those things involve quite a bit of hurt.
