Cadillac dinosaur An absolute classic that I played on an emulator and I really enjoyed it.

Maybe Pong?
Or Space Invaders 🤔
Like I always said, I'm a dinosaur... 😅
Don't say that, you're still young at heart.

Mine was actually SF4. I thought I was going to be good because I played it at home with a controller, but I was so bad.

God, how am I supposed to remember my FIRST game, let alone my second. I prominently remember playing stuff like MCV1 and Soulcalibur 2 (which would eventually influence me to get their homeports) but the proper chronology might've been Golden Axe IV, then D&D:Shadows over Mystara, as I always mixed them up as the two fantasy beat 'em ups and would get super disappointed when couldn't find the centaurs and catapult launching mantises in SoM.

Thank you so much for telling your story of how you got to know Arcade games friend. 👍🏻👍🏻

The classic centipede
I played it on MAME emulator in a old laptop, I used to play it after school

Either Turtles in Time or Simpsons. The first arcade machine I remember playing was able to play both. I guess they would swap the boards around every once and a while. It was at an old camp ground I would go to every once and a while.

Thank you so much for telling your story of both Arcade games you have played and I played the TMNT Turtles in Time and The Simpsons but in emulation as MAME.

The reason I got to know the KOF '97 was through those arcade machines that had like 310 games or so that were like a Blue Elf 2 and some similar which emulates arcade systems known as Neo-Geo MVS, CPS1, CPS2, etc.

And if memory serves me correctly, That Arcade Machines had the entire collection of The King of Fighters saga from '94 to 2003 and also had variations like Plus (Power Hack and/or Boss Hack Versions) or Romhacks such as KOF 2004 SE and KOF 10A (which were KOF 2002 hacks), etc.

E se a memória não me falha, a That Arcade Machines tinha a coleção completa da saga The King of Fighters de 1994 a 2003, além de variações como Plus (Power Hack e/ou Boss Hack Versions) ou Romhacks como KOF 2004 SE e KOF 10A (que eram hacks de KOF 2002), etc.
Hey my friend in Panama

My first was MK1. To it's left, I'm about 99% certain that the second one was 'Aero Fighters'. This one was special for a couple of reasons, not only did it begin my lifelong love of the Shm'up genre, but it's also one of the only physical arcade games that I ever "beat" IRL (it looped after the final boss), and at only 7 or 8 years old too. I vividly remember that it cost my mom $4.25; so 17 credits at 25¢ apiece..

Thank you so much for telling your story of how you got to know these Arcade games and the MK1 from '92 and the Aero Fighters/Sonic Wings I have played all 2 games and they are fine.

And I think I've played all the KOF games since '94, '95, '96, '97, '98, '99, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and XI (The best imo) although I only have to play XII (at least pass it 1 time), XIII (Vanilla & Climax), XIV and XV.

And I even played spin-offs of this saga such as KOF EX1 and EX2 from GBA, Maximum Impact 1 and 2, NeoWave (I only played it once and I wasn't very convinced) and among others. Although I still have to play KOF Maximum Impact Regulation A to see how it goes.

Nunca jugué un arcade (no soy tan viejo XD) pero si he jugado metal slug anthology en consola y son unos juegazos.
