Megaman 10 and 11 were Wiiware games, yes.

Mine? I think it was Castlevania Adventure Rebirth. I didn't play a lot of them tho.

For now the Rockman 10 ~ Mega Man 10 because this one at least I could pass the game at least in Easy Mode because I am bad at playing Mega Man games unlike 9 that I could not pass and I could only defeat Galaxy Man with many patience because the others I could not defeat him And on top of that, it doesn't have an Easy Mode so the Mega Man 9 is not for me, I can't handle him.

Mine? I think it was Castlevania Adventure Rebirth. I didn't play a lot of them tho.

Rockman 11 ~ Mega Man 11 (2018) was not released for the Wii but on the consoles of the 8th generation (NS, PS4, XONE & PC).

For me it was Bubble Bobble Plus! Not because it's like a great version of Bubble Bobble or anything; but because it was my 1st version of Bubble Bobble (I knew about Puzzle Bobble as Bust-A-Move vaguely and thought it seemed charming but had never gone deeper than that.)

Now days; Bubble Bobble and Rainbow Island are arcade favorites of mine!

I just recalled that there were these two games in the FF Crystal Chronicles series, My Life as a King and My Life as a Dark Lord, and I'm surprised that Square hasn't re-released it yet. Specially with the boom of the cozy games, a remaster of the My Life as a King would be nice, and My Life as a Dark Lord is a decent tower defense/dungeon keeper rip-off.
I still would play Castlevania Adventure Rebirth any day over these ones, tho. I just recalled.

I would say Mega Man 10, but I first experienced that through MMLC2 so I'll go with Pokemon Rumble.
And an honorable mention to Fluidity since I used to love playing the demo of that as a kid, but never played the full version.
