Anime What happened to the 50 Episodes Anime?

The last 50 episode or 50+ episode anime I watched and enjoyed are Monster and FMA: Brotherhood. That was all the way back between 2009-2010. I actually don't mind this, because most anime I watched are OVAs, or 13-26 episode anime. I realized a long time ago, that I didn't care for most long anime or anime that went on way longer than 50+ episodes. Digimon being one of the other ones I cared about, but I stopped watching after Frontier and Savers.
