What gaming accomplishments are you most proud of?

I got the best ending in Cave Story+ , steam still shows the achievement at 2.2% of the players having it.
Took me a year (i abandoned the game for 9 months before coming back to it eventually). I reached a certain point where you are in that little house and have to go down and do the most mental destructive platforming of all time just to arrive on time to escape. BUT, i didn't know you had to beat a boss too. And not any boss, but the most difficult and terribly powerful one.

getting S rank on final Vergil fight in both DMC 3 and DMC 5 (Dante Must Die)
P-Ranking Sisyphus Prime on Brutal Difficulty in Ultrakill without dying
getting every Metal Gear Solid 1 achievements on Retro achievements (before my account getting deleted lmao)
a full Crash Bandicoot 1 run without dying

I got hot coffee before it was sent to the shadow realm

Beating Max Payne 3's New York Minute Hardcore Mode, which it involved beating the whole game without checkpoints and ON A TIMER (atleast you can pause the game), which means you had to speedrun the first half of the game to earn enough time to deal with the latter sections, which require playing it way safer.

Actually doing The Last Song on Drakengard 3 by myself instead of throwing my hands and watch it on youtube. (don't do this)

Beat the 7 Day Survivor Mode on Dead Rising on the 360, though this one is more an endurance test that actually being that hard.

Peaked in fifth grade when I beat Sephiroth in KH2. My reward was a keyblade worse than the one I already had and the privilege to fight the secret-secret boss, Double Sephiroth.

Come to think of it, I don't believe I've beaten Sephi in KH2. Not as a kid, nor an adult. Good work!

most of the shit i can think of are disgaea achievements

disgaea 2 - spent 300 hours on it and got super gimped with triple super robo suits probably maxed out on stats (as high as possible) as well

disgaea 3 - there was a glitch where you can use the puppy paw stick thing to steal a magichanged weapon from an enemy, and i can't even remember how many fucking hours i spent resetting just to find the right unit AND pull it off

disgaea 4 - won't lie, just getting the flonne robot parts was a fucking piece of shit, i even made a video long ago capturing the moment where i beat the last pirates and obtained the last piece cos they just would NOT appear, fucking rng assery at play

sadly i was never able to beat Baal in 5 6 and 7 cos i just couldn't be bothered to grind mindlessly for it, even though i know there were "smart" ways to do it than the "hard" way

i guess one of my earliest big achievements was 100%ing ratchet & clank going commando without looking up a walkthrough, even finding the last nanotech which was in a spaceship mission

i wouldn't count my pokemon blue missing no. item dupe an achievement cos i just learned about it from someone and made the game way too easy, but i gotta say at the time, i felt like a fucking GOD with 99 masterballs and shit 😂

Grinding to fight Baal was something I did every other day for a little while in 5, but I never even got close! Disgaea is great, but focuses way too much on grinding in the end game hehe

Do you remember PlayStation Home on the PS3? Well they had a Dead Island minigame where you ran around killing zombies around a pool on a resort or something. I was the sweatiest player on that minigame, I took it so seriously. Back in like 2012 or 2013 for almost 2 weeks straight in the summer I was #1 on the singleplayer and multiplayer leaderboards and I was so proud that I would log in everyday just to check and make sure no one took my spot because I was so proud. If someone did take my spot I wouldn't stop playing until I beat their score, or if my mom told me to go to sleep. I hate mentioning it since I have no proof, but man I was so proud.

I just beat the Fury in MGS3 on Extreme mode. It took an embarrassing amount of tries over an embarrassing number of hours but I persevered.

one time someone on tf2 praised me as the best active player on the server
i beat virtua cop on the 2nd hardest difficulty without using continues.
i have 1324.2 hours of playtime for fallout new vegas on steam

I've spent nearly 500 hours on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, a freemium gatcha game, and have spent exactly $0 on it!
Considering my history of buying shit I don't need, I'm kinda proud of that!

I beat Shinobi on the PS2, unlocked everything, played all the difficulty modes, and S ranked everything. And that was on the US version which is the harder one.

I've beaten some notoriously difficult NES games like Ninja Gaiden and TMNT

I've once played through Mega Man X 4 with Zero without collecting heart tanks or E tanks, without using the boss weaknesses, and without ever taking a hit.

I once beat the arcade version of Golden Axe with no deaths.

Attained BIG BOSS rank on Metal Gear Solid three times. All RA achievements on hardcore.

Attained BIG BOSS rank on Metal Gear Solid 2 once. Beat high score in every VR mission, collected all dog tags across every difficulty.

Beat Shadow of the Beast (GEN) US version.
All RA achievements on hardcore.

Beat Chakan: The Forever Man (GEN) on Hard. All RA achievements on hardcore.

Beat Taz-Mania (GEN) on Hard. All achievements on hardcore.

Beat Titan Souls in under 20 minutes for the Aerodynamics trophy.

Was in the first 1.0% of users to platinum Death Stranding.

Have platinums for most Soulslikes, including DeS, DkSII:SotFS, DkSIII, Bloodbourne, Sekiro, Elden Ring, Nioh, Nioh 2, Salt and Sanctuary. Probably others too.

Rare platinums include FURI, Mortal Kombat X, Red Dead Redemption II, DOOM/DOOM II (2019 trophy set), Shadow of the Beast (PS4) and MGS V: GZ/TPP

my touhou 1cc's ^^;
im very proud to be pretty good at 7 and 8 on hard mode. and 11 and 12 were work just for normal mode. When i first played touhou 6 as a kid i thought i would never be able to even unlock the extra stage, so clearing it made me feel extra accomplished
