I can't understand why would people love to play this game like in a sense of platforming you're a dragon you can already fly, the UI oh god damn it's like i'm playing Winx again, and also the game itself feel too slow and i can't even grind in it. I have only played 2 spyro soo my opinion might be biased.

Sonic Adventure 2.
(I know, I know.)

As someone who played both games a lot growing up, I still maintain that SA1 is leagues and bounds ahead of its sequel due to almost every gameplay style in that game being enjoyable.

SA2, however, ruined the Emerald hunting and shooting levels by making some unnecessary changes in the former (like the gimped radar or useless hints) and the latter just being incredibly boring. The ONLY fun stages in SA2 are the Sonic stages.

The only fun ones, yet they feel more linear than SA1 zones. Oh & Sonic feels like he plays a lot worse in SA2.

I really don't like the modern Sony formula.

I enjoyed God of War 1-3 and the first TLoU, but Horizon: Zero Dawn is definitely one that never clicked with me. I immediately felt like I was playing the most linear open world game ever.

I think that he's referring to the Nordic saga, which is vastly different from previous games.

Okay. I've not really played those ones, though they're kinda off putting to me as well.

Armored core 3
AC6 was my first Armored Core game and I loved it! So I decided to got back and try an older game in the series.
I could not stand the nearly unresponsive camera. Your AC's turn speed is nearly 0 no matter what parts you have on and can't turn to face what you need it to. At least 70% of the "challenge" seems to be having what you need to see anywhere within your FOV in the first place.
Not at all the kind of experience I was looking for.

I always feel like a pariah for this, but anything Bethesda has put out since Oblivion.

I feel like they got high on their own "Smug" every game is a glitchy, buggy turd. To the point where bugs are still present in every game. They do the bare minimum to fix the games, taking out fun shit and leaving other game breaking things.

I love the lore for Fallout, but the games are garbage.

I second this, mostly too slow, overly cinematic and the writing is either super forgettable, Marvel tier level comedy or Last of Us copied.

Not only the cinematic aspects, also they're not fun games. The only "Ps4 exclusive" I enjoyed was Spiderman.

Chrono Trigger, I still to this day cannot connect with it no matter how many playthrough's I attempt. I've played it on the SNES, the DS version with the bonus features (various attempts on each version too). Nothing in the intro sequence feels compelling to me apart from some musical pieces here and there like Gato's theme, the battle theme, Lab 16, and Secret of the Forest,

Everyone, especially people on the internet excluding this forum for example sake, praise it so much that I feel like it was ruined for me, rather then the mystery of attempting it for myself and the sense of discovery is new. Has this sense of a 'replay' despite never exactly beating it or anything.

I've also never gotten into Metal Gear Solid, as I just cannot get into the flow or vibe of stealth games. I've got a bit of a goblin brain syndrome and the details of the genre just slip past me. I'm sort of interested in the Gamecube remake though, the over the top scenes and comedy looks very appealing to me.

I’ve yet to play an open world game I could get into.
Skyrim, breath of the wild, cyberpunk 2077, red dead redemption 2. I’ll play them a bit, then get paralyzed by the scope of the world and drop it.

What part of Chrono Trigger made ya stop?

It was the abandoned lab I believe moderately close to the beginning of the game if I had to guess, the combat wasn't really doing anything for me and admittedly the characters wasn't exactly a driving force or motivation for me to continue playing.

If I played right now though, maybe Lucca would convince me to keep playing more.

Probably Super Mario Odyssey. I found the power moons often very easy and unrewarding to get. I'm still waiting for a Super Mario 64 successor. Sunshine was the closest for me.
