What Game has your favorite Atmosphere?

I find the atmosphere in Elder Scroll games to be great especially with the different locations in each game having a different feel. Oblivion is probably my favourite of the series in terms of atmosphere. It has a great high fantasy aesthetic with locations like the Imperial city and hellscapes you can visit through the oblivion gates. Plus the soundtrack is soothing.

I love the atmosphere in the older PS1 and PS2 Final Fantasy games, I like to play FF12 with no music on just listening to the sound effects and soundscapes, it's relaxing and deep feeling.

ff12 is sooooo pretty! looks unreal for a ps2 game.

Oh ho hooo yeah this question is for me. I feel like one of the biggest contributing factors for me picking a game as my favorite is the atmosphere, and Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines so far is my absolute favorite. ~ ♥
