Currently in the oven, took recipe from comments.

Spoiler: I used puff pastry instead of making the dough

As a LC employee this is almost right, a few pointers to make it more accurate

Press the dough a little to make almost like a little walls in the mold

The assembly is
1 pepperoni
Little cheese
Sauce
2 pepperoni
More cheese

After that just spread garlicky butter on top and some dry Italian seasoning
And that's it
And yeah our oven is 480f so I would recommend 450 for a house oven

Had another awkward lunch with the new hire, I had black bean salad, she had a bag of takis.

Just had an early dinner with my folks, roasted chicken with chunky potatoes.

Have a sub roll with cheese and bbq chicken to empty later. Shop in the city centre stocks them. Have more pasta with spinach and pesto to eat. Same shop has them in also.

Was supposed to start my intermittent fasting (16/8) today, had black coffee & donuts at work.
Also ate a turkey club with mushroom soup.

You can tell I'm disciplined... my poor diet

Steak with pan sauce, peas, a baked potato with all the fixings, A tiny box of Cabernet Sauvignon, and dark chocolate with espresso caramel for dessert

Curry and naan for lunch and some Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes for dinner and (right now) literally having a bowl of cereal and milk as a snack.
