Currently in the oven, took recipe from comments.

Spoiler: I used puff pastry instead of making the dough

As a LC employee this is almost right, a few pointers to make it more accurate

Press the dough a little to make almost like a little walls in the mold

The assembly is
1 pepperoni
Little cheese
Sauce
2 pepperoni
More cheese

After that just spread garlicky butter on top and some dry Italian seasoning
And that's it
And yeah our oven is 480f so I would recommend 450 for a house oven

Just had an early dinner with my folks, roasted chicken with chunky potatoes.
