This is a topic I got from another forum I am on. I thought it's a nice thread. Also, this doesn't have to me some great accomplishment, it could be little things like taking care of yourself, stuff like that.

For me, I spent some time outside with one of our cats. I've always found the sun therapeutic, at least to me and the warmth of it was relaxing. Was nice to get out of my cave of a bedroom.

as these days I go to visit my aunt(which previously was the home of my grandparents), I play with my cousin's psychopath kitten that I even take care of him when he or his girlfriend aren't in home

that guy really loves bite and scratch me...

I played my $120 Seattle music shop, 1980's Black HH Ibanez Strat.
I got it back in 2011, and it has since become an even more vintage guitar.
When it's not amped up it almost sounds like an acoustic, I play 9s so maybe that's why?
It's completely original, aside from an orange drop and a Tru-Oil finish on the back of the neck.
Other than that I did quite a few lunges today.

Got out of bed, brushed my teeth, got dressed and ready for a trip to sort the washing out and then it's back home to chill in the garden. All good things, keep motivated but do shit you enjoy doing not what you are told you should be doing.

A relative of mine is in hospital, I went to the church and spoke to the priest who is supporting us (we're fighting against inner poison since months) and he said he will go to the hospital to pay a visit, and I also told some friends who will go (I feel good about this because my relative needs a lot of positive support from wherever we can).

Its too hot for me to be outside so ive shopping on delivery and im listening to music on mp3 player which gives me a break from wifi headphones. Have been drinking ice cold water and had my first jet shower. Might use my footspa later with some salt in it which is good for you.

That helps? I don't know, that just makes you even more nervous.
Used to be a coffee overloader does nothing good for the heart or the jitters.

Then the church had some entertainment.:loldog
I was always the first to open the door to people and i used to set up the tea and coffee anyway an hour early. My life just took me in a different direction after covid. I normally take my faith on the road as opposed to being confined to a building. They sent me a hamper full of luxury goods christmas 2020 but i brought it to an elderly lady i was looking after she appreciated it.

Yeah, life is full of surprises.
