Happy Death Day, and the Scream saga even though I just watched the first two movies and planning to watch them all. I usually hate horror movies, they're often stupid and nonsense.

I don't watch a lot of horror movies, especially due to the inappropriate stuff in it. I WANT HORROR FOCUS. So I'd say these movie are my favorite.

The Conjuring 1 was good, but not one of my favorites. No Offense to Conjuring fans.

I am usually very picky with "new" horror movies, but there is one specific movie that I consider one of the best "horror" movies form the last decade:

Avoid the american remake, it sucks, as most of their remakes. This movie is original from Sweeden.

And my all-time favourite movie:

Again, avoid the american remake, it sucks REALLY HARD lol.

Funnily enough, I watched it today, very well crafted movie of its time. Ash was a fun character, blending horror and comedy in it own weird way.

The Shining the slow descent into madness and the whole uncertainty between the psicological vs the Haunted hotel interpretation.
Rosemary's Baby The constant suspense and the ambiguity is the "evil" real or manifestation of the mental decay of the main character.
And When I am into b movie cheese, I go with Romero Zombie movies.

Ohh, damn Hellraiser, I completely forgot about it. It's so authentic I got goosebumps the first time I saw it. When I was a kid I called it the rubik's cube horror movie, dunno why lol.

But from the same director now I remembered another masterpiece:

By the way, I don't know where are you from, but I live very close to where REC was filmed, I even visited the building :)
