What are the best movies you’ve ever seen?

Lawrence of Arabia is the greatest movie of all time for me followed by Gandhi I reckon. Both quality movies. I have a few other films I love like Blade runner, LOTR Extended editions and the two recent Dune movies plus the Matrix. But the first two I mentioned are my favourites though.

I desperately want to watch LOTR, but I have a strong aversion to super long movies (and TV shows) as my attention span is about on par with a gnat. Did like what I've seen of the first dune reboot and Lawrence Of Arabia (though I mostly got my hands on it because it was frequently mentioned in Howard The Duck MAX)

I can understand that so that's why doing a pause each hour between two scenes could work.
