I didn't mean they hate meHey, how are you, bro? Can you explain to me why they hate you?

i hope someone makes a special player for Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal so you can do things like adjust the clock or let it play out in real time. And if you played them on an emulator, that would probably help. I love those older Pokemon games, but they can be a slog to go back and visit without a speed up option
There’s some over powered teams you can form though. Generally in RBY you mostly gotta worry about Gary’s anchor mon’s sand attacks (it’s a pidgeot in RB and a sandslash in yellow) so if you have a mon that outspeeds like say, kadabra with psychic, you’d be golden. And if you played them on an emulator, that would probably help. there are some romhacks that let you change the time manually on the clock screen. They where originally made for old flash carts that didn't have the real time clock functionality.i hope someone makes a special player for Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal so you can do things like adjust the clock or let it play out in real time.
I never really got into Pokemon from a competitive angle. That's probably part of why I'm annoyed by these recent announcementsThere’s some over powered teams you can form though. That all being said, I would probably still play it if I got it for freeI wouldn't take this Pokemon game even if I got it for free. I have no idea what they were thinking with this onebut no.
It’s not competitive advice haha. RBY is pretty brutal on a basic level. Some team line-ups are objectively worse than others haha.I never really got into Pokemon from a competitive angle. That's probably part of why I'm annoyed by these recent announcements![]()
Woops. My bad heheIt’s not competitive advice haha. RBY is pretty brutal on a basic level. Some team line-ups are objectively worse than others haha.
Do they have any left hahaCan't have anything nice anymore. Nintendo is really trying to toss out the goodwill it's attained.
I'd say my frustrations lie more with Nintendo & the Pokemon Company than the games themselves. I still like quite a lot of the older gamesDamn I take it Pokémon isn't well loved around these parts
Well I love the series to death. games, anime, and manga, everything lol
I can understand the hate with this nonsense though.
Honestly with the patents it has acquired and how lawyer hungry they are, they ran out ages ago.Do they have any left haha
Of course they exist, that's why we sold plenty of switch 2 consoles during the first month (more like the first 3 weeks) , but after that, nothing, not even the games are selling at all, it's as if the people only cared about the console because it was "something new" and then forgot about it.I’m just saying that because you’re not personally seeing them, doesn’t mean they don’t exist. And everything you say does sell? All capable of running all sorts of things. Unless your country is like nine people, no one is capable of having their finger on the pulse that accurately. It’s okay, honest.
Yeah I get you. I love Nintendo, but damn they make the most baffling decisions sometimes. For every step they take forward, they end up taking a few steps back, They're too old fashioned, too many old heads running the company, could be why, idkI'd say my frustrations lie more with Nintendo & the Pokemon Company than the games themselves. See I don't think I'd use speedup on those games with them having a real time clock. And if you played them on an emulator, that would probably help. I love those older Pokemon games, but they can be a slog to go back and visit without a speed up option
Fair. I guess I was more just thinking for times when you grind exp, or hunt in the grass for specific Pokemon. It is kinda funny on VBA how ludicrously fast it speeds up GB/GBC gamesSee I don't think I'd use speedup on those games with them having a real time clock.
I use mGBA personally but yeah I see the appeal of speedup when grinding. I remember grinding my Beedrill on Pokemon Blue one night when I was in bed for school and really should have been asleep haha, you know how it is. Then one time I remember being sent out of my maths lesson into an empty classroom for misbehaving so instead of doing my work I got my GameBoy out and played it again and ended up catching a Pikachu in Viridian Forest so was over the moon as I'd wanted one for a while.Fair. I never leave Viridian Forest without a Pikachu anytime I replay FireRed or LeafGreen heheI use mGBA personally but yeah I see the appeal of speedup when grinding. Nothing worse than seeing your battery light fading when playing that game though is there? HahaI never leave Viridian Forest without a Pikachu anytime I replay FireRed or LeafGreen hehe
And yeah, I know that feeling. I remember spending AGES as a kid raising up a full team of Dragonite, which were hard to get anyway, but I'm pretty sure they also had a slow rate of exp gain.
So it sold similarly to a regular console launch anywhere. Got it.Of course they exist, that's why we sold plenty of switch 2 consoles during the first month (more like the first 3 weeks) , but after that, nothing, not even the games are selling at all, it's as if the people only cared about the console because it was "something new" and then forgot about it.
I kept thinking Furukawa is not following Iwata's footsteps and instead half-asssing content and make awful business decisions. Can't have anything nice anymore. Nintendo is really trying to toss out the goodwill it's attained.
Iwata's been gone a decade, and that was a lifetime ago in gaming terms. I respect his approach as much as anyone else, but I'm sure Furukawa is glad to be in a period where he doesn't have to cut his salary due to sagging profits. They're a business, they exist to make money. Hearts and minds only gets you so far.I kept thinking Furukawa is not following Iwata's footsteps and instead half-asssing content and make awful business decisions.
