Apparently, this person was wondering on another site why they've been banned beacuse they believe that one of the mods had registered what they're saying as an offense and banned them off the spot. They wanted for me to say this, but idk if bans ever get lifted here. I mean it happened to Swordbreaker (hopefully they're doing alright),
I mean, Karnik got three warnings over time and was banned, which he even talked about openly on the forum a couple times. Also, you could have just told Spike or one of us directly?
Also also, Swordbreaker was banned on Discord, not here.
To some of the other comments - Y'all, he never posted politics, unless he was going wild in Italian and we never noticed. The only gossip I'll drop is that he was the single most reported user on the forum; in fact, if you count separate reports from different people, it's not even close. He never got a warning purely because a mod didn't like what he had to say.
With that said - apologies Mist - but we'll have to wrap this one up. No harm in missing someone, but I think it makes more sense to just post on their profile where they would actually *see* it, instead of hoping they come back and trawl through threads like this.
(On a personal note, I worry about threads like this becoming a place to dogpile on former members over time. Old forums had "Halls of Shame" for that kind of thing....which, yeah-I found pretty funny as a teenager, but looking back it was just being an asshole).
