I think these users signed up just for the Repo an decide to lurk (they all have little to no messages) Which makes sense for this site; I think most of us came for the games , decided to try out talking and liked the results

I mostly re-signed up becuse the repo but for some reason I can´t keep away from forums becuse I badly need friends >,< im a very soical person. What my past username is that will die in secret. Let say I was kind of not liked that much I think.

i mentioned this on another message. gorse seems to pop in on the weekends. he might have a job or school, so it could be more random for him to appear.

I can hardly call this place where i want to spend all my time. We do have normal lives to live. And when i wasn't more active in replies on CDR and now here, i checked back on CDR once a month (or even 6 months) to get stuff. So it's possible attendance will be sporadic.

Or like in other forums, life comes and you just gotta put your time and energy into more important things, no matter how much you miss the company of those who have left.

Unless they've deleted their accounts, then we'll hope they come back and welcome them when we see them. That's all you can really do.

Highly unlikely, they were fast on the ban for swordbreaker, but slept through the death threats?
They must have saw the message that got him banned and its reactions, if not the mod team was incredibly incomptent, if so they are incredibly malicious.

With 200k people, if everyone was posting this site would be a mess. There's be floods in every single thread and hundreds or thousands of notifications of XYZ liked your post!.

Youtube the rule is about 10% of people who watch videos will up/down vote stuff. I think there's probably 70 people who are actively responding on threads and posting. And nothing is wrong with that, it's probably pretty typical.

To clarify what happened here:
SwordBreaker39 goes to the discord server and says this:

The mods ban SwordBreaker39. Discord can be a cesspool of racism and transphobia. When a new member starts like that they get rid of them, that's just how things are handled there.
I don't take part on moderating discord.
He sends me a DM asking why was he banned. I'm not home, at this point I don't know, I get home, SwordBreaker39 already deleted their forum account.
I check the logs, 3 people commented he should kill himself. these people:

My mods deleted the comments, but did not ban the users.
I issued the ban and instructed such comments should also be straight ban.
Mods are collaborators, not paid, they do what they can I cannot take it on them for not doing what I would have done.

Yeah this pratically confirms my suspicions. Sorry for quoting you Spike as you'll likely see this, you're not a bad admin (let alone a bad man) but I have to say this: the Discord was rotten to the core. We have mods who are so trigger happy to ban anyone with disenting opinions that slightly grazed TOS, but will cover and protect ones that blatenly wish death upon other users for even mentioning something that upsets them. These users were probably in kahoots with the mods, they usually cover each others asses and act as "executioners" for the mod team as the mods themselfs can't outright ban people for no reason. We only knew this happened because SwordBreaker came to the forums and voiced his experience about it, prompting some questioning on the mod team on Discord. The mods on Discord 100% acted out of malice, like I said in a previous post, they banned the reported user but didn't bother to look at the messages? Guess I was wrong there, they did look at the messages and deleted them... Without banning the users that sent them, what? The users ONLY got banned after Spike found out what happened and yelled at the mod team on Discord, showing that there was a level of bias for some users. Finally I'll say this: I love this site and its moderation, the mods that I did interact with were very kind to me and everyone else I noted, and Spike? Be careful with who you put at the team, because I'm sure that the Discord team were planning on pulling the rug from your feet.

That's mostly probably true; a few of those people that I tagged I did talk to but a bunch of them that I tagged I haven't had a chance to talk to, like Satyam, @Hana , RainRain, RetroRei89, break and Balthasar.

They all had their reasons to leave, still is a shame. I remember having a long conversation with AdditionalDamage about Parasite Eve and Kingdom Hearts, it's was fun to see other fan's view on the franchises that i like.

There's no rule against asking, but hopefully everyone understands we aren't going to gossip about why anyone is banned or deletes their account.
