Not your fault it´s mine. I don´t like bringing up political crap in gaming. But attacking people for an opinion is blatantly bad and calling some one racist and transphobia for not knowing the full picture is also bad. If the person don´t outright say something very racist and transphobic don´t attack or call them that it´s immature you don´t know the person at all.

We are all adults name calling is the least childish thing to do and telling people they should be killed that beyond immature.

If we shall be mature just ban the people that say very very bad thing and leave it at that. No need to keep insulting people. Doing so just shows one is not better than that person. Be better and be an adult don´t say anything.

As someone I deeply admire accurately put it: "I feel that we lost members to moments of weakness rather than to a genuine desire to leave the site, and that they would otherwise still be around".

I understand some leaving the forums especially regarding political matters. Don’t mean to stir the pot but it is important to bring up issues so they can be prevented in the future; There was a couple tense interactions revolving around politics and general differing opinions I witnessed in the “ Opinion on Gen Z and Alpha” thread where it even got locked because of it. “Non gaming hot takes” was also nearly closed for the same reason.

I think that having a memorial for those who are either inactive and/or had their accounts removed for personal reasons and not for mod actions should be appropriate. As much as what happened today, I had a ball with my brother to make things easier on our ends becsuse as "something" as what happened today, something better came and this'll past me flow of what I usually go through. I know ive said earlier that I was going to remove my account but it was due to a misunderstanding on how I perceive other users as that made me make the instant change. I'll stay for as long as I can and will take breaks when I have to. Its not worth removing your account if its irreversible and cannot be brought back.

I think these users signed up just for the Repo an decide to lurk (they all have little to no messages) Which makes sense for this site; I think most of us came for the games , decided to try out talking and liked the results

i mentioned this on another message. gorse seems to pop in on the weekends. he might have a job or school, so it could be more random for him to appear.

I can hardly call this place where i want to spend all my time. We do have normal lives to live. And when i wasn't more active in replies on CDR and now here, i checked back on CDR once a month (or even 6 months) to get stuff. So it's possible attendance will be sporadic.

Or like in other forums, life comes and you just gotta put your time and energy into more important things, no matter how much you miss the company of those who have left.

Unless they've deleted their accounts, then we'll hope they come back and welcome them when we see them. That's all you can really do.

Highly unlikely, they were fast on the ban for swordbreaker, but slept through the death threats?
They must have saw the message that got him banned and its reactions, if not the mod team was incredibly incomptent, if so they are incredibly malicious.

With 200k people, if everyone was posting this site would be a mess. There's be floods in every single thread and hundreds or thousands of notifications of XYZ liked your post!.

Youtube the rule is about 10% of people who watch videos will up/down vote stuff. I think there's probably 70 people who are actively responding on threads and posting. And nothing is wrong with that, it's probably pretty typical.
