this is going to be a fairly difficult job to tackle. this is a brand new character, you primarily have only the fan art here on the site to reference, and making 8/16 bit sprites is quite challenging if you aren't familiar with it. the headshot and full body drawings do look pretty good as they are right now. keep drawing and you'll see some vast improvements before you know it.
