In some countries, there is a lot of semi professional local recruit clubs and, if you practice since you are little, the chances are not slim, beyblade was a hit more then 1 time, creating 1 game is a very hard and challenging process, specially if it is full fledged with original art and ost, looking at the possibilities, the third one is less probable
