Game Description:​

Tuned Heart (チユーンドハート) is a Tactical RPG video game published by Systemsoft and developed by SystemSoft released on February 23rd, 1996 for the PC-98.

Here's another high quality non-ero PC-98 game. This time a Strategy RPG featuring girls and motorcycles fighting crime.

This game is entirely controlled by the mouse.

I highly recommend the emulator Neko Project 21/W for playing on Windows. It's the most feature complete emulator for the NEC PC-9801 and is in active development receiving frequent updates. Use this guide for help on how to obtain and configure the emulator.

this one looks like perfect for good OVA. i did go search to see if there's one when i saw this here.

but sadly, there's nothing. maybe it would be as good as gunsmith cats, if existed.

Nah it's cool, I can see why you would have been skeptical. romhacking.net has been the longest serving maintainer of romhacks and translations and it's hard to believe that they would ignore so much content like that. I think it might have been the negative reputation PC-98 had in the early 00s in the romhack scene since all the 18+ and dubious content games it had. But there's tons of high quality games like this that aren't like those at all that got lost in the fray because of that reaction to the other titles on the system

There's over 100 pre-patched translated PC-98 games in the main folder plus over a dozen in the incomplete folder on this archive.org page that catalogues all known translations for the system. PC-98 is an often times ignored and disrespected system and has been for years until recently. One thing to know about me is that I believe in honesty to a high degree and would never lie or make a bs statement I couldn't prove. I've actually just been posting stuff from that archive since there's no point in patching them myself when that page already has them

I can confirm that PC-98 Games run on Batocera, the problem is that I can't find a way to make the controls work properly.
The right analog is mapped as the mouse but beyond that I can't set up any other controls.

SystemSoft rocks.. they made the long series of hex based tactics games Dai Senryaku.. I remember buying an xbox at like 19 and buying Dai Senryaku 7: Modern Military Tactics and playing that game for hours..
