Toy Story For Sega Genesis (PC Audio Hack)

Found this hack for the Toy Story Sega Genesis game that improves the audio but unfortunately doesn't work in Kega Fusion.

Hopefully someone can turn this into a proper Sega CD Hack so it works in more emulators, otherwise just use BlastEM (Go for Nighty Builds if it doesn't work on the stable version)

There is also a PC Audio hack for the Super Nintendo version but while the Super Nintendo game has better colors it literary has less levels.
