Top 3 Vegetables

Broccoli & Broccoli Sprouts - Sulforaphane! (Seriously Broccoli Sprouts are really good for you)
Cauliflower - Sulforaphane!
Carrots - Look up Dr Ray Peats carrot salad!

1.Spinach- I like them in pizza,sandwiches, salads and in many other foods
2.Potatoes-you can get make soo many foods from potatoes and they're also cheap to get
3.Cucumbers-They are refreshing to eat and also cucumber water is delish
 
Tomato < It goes with everything, pizza topping with oregano, inside a sandwich, salads.
Potato < You can do a million things, bake, fry, throw it in rice cooker
Onions < Basic to start many pasta sauces, too yummy to leave out.
 
1. Potato because it's so versatile and an integral part of some of my favorite foods.
2. Carrots-I just love the taste.
3. Corn-Fantastic with butter and salt.

All three go together well with a lot of different food and mushrooms are an excellent flavor sponge.
 
Probably potato, onion, pepper. They're all versatile, good to mix with other foods, and taste particularly good when fried and browned
