I just assume "zooted" means getting shot, due to sounding similar in English. Also, because a lot of them come from shooty-puff games. Apparently it means to get high out of one's mind, according to Urban Dictionary. Of course, the meme could just be for one's favorite game stages.

The Schedule 1 stage makes a lot of sense.

...at least with that Mario Party stage, it'd be a great and tasty way to alleviate the munchies. I like pineapple. :3
