After converting the game to eboot, I can confirm it boots just fine on my Vita 2000. The controls are really hard to get used to, though. I still don't get how to properly swing, and the fact that the first time the game teaches you how to do so, you can fall and take damage is driving me crazy. Goes without saying that I died a couple of times there lol.
