Two things :

- The vast sea and deep sea waters
Its not only in gaming but overall , im extremly tense when im on a boat/ship somewhere in the middle of the ocean and i dont see any island or land in general . Its like a wasteland . If i get lost somewhere in the ocean , i would panic immediatly .

The deep waters are still to this day not very much explored and we didnt saw everything that is deep down under the sea. Blue whales alone are huge sea-animals that make a single human look like an ant in comparison and we still arent sure if its true or not that other colosal sea-creatures that were reported in ancient times which wrecked ships are real . Mixed with unseen underwater areas with some of their own cave-systems that were discovered and huge unexplored underwater-terrain , just gives me the creeps . Even the thought of large areas of water which the ground isnt seen except the black void of the depth just scares me .

- Empty huge buildings
I was once with some friends in an huge abandoned Factory when i was a teenager . The Building was huge .
It had mulitple floors (6 to be exactly + a complex cellar ) and it was from a food-company with a huge pot on top of the building as an icon of its former glory , sadly decayed from its years of neglegance .
This whole building was empty and nobody dared to get in . Not even bums or drug-addicts which was always weird to me when i heard it and suprised thar it was actually true .
We explored it and were even on the roof of the building . While the building was old , it hold up very well after many decades .
It was very eerie for me and i was always tense the whole time . We explored the cellar at the end and almost lost ourselves because it had many generic corridors and hallways that were maybe for storage reasons . Some rooms were empty but had sinks and some kind of boilers or mini-silos in rather big rooms . Yeah it was rat-infested but we stopped at a point when we heard some mechanical sounds (maybe a still working boiler or something like that ) from far away in a random long hallway .
One friend said he noticed someone in the complex running around in the dark but another one said that maybe there are stray-dogs there but there was no barking or something like that . At this point i dont like empty huge buildings overall except in videogames .

Snakes. Where I live rattlesnakes are common. As a kid in in kindergarten, bad experience with one. A year ago dealt with this fear head on.
Cut my lawn for years, snakes became more common, start carrying gun with rat shot while cutting lawn for couple years, no issues. Till one day, cutting lawn, one of those bastards slithered over my foot as went by with the lawn mower. I was frozen in fear as it went on its way, then pure anger, disgust, rage, weakness of being scared that I was gonna be bit all in those couple of seconds. My face was:

Then the anger took over when I let go of the lawn mower and then went to this.

I sent it to hell as I was cussing so much I was yelling in tongues, angry gibberish unloading the entire thing at it. Brother like "aren't you gonna go get rid of it?" I'm "LEAVE IT! So the others know what's waiting for them GOD DAMN IT!" breathing heavily, unable to stop shaking.

Behold the Tarantula Hawk Wasp

In-depth discussions about surgeries and procedures involving the human heart. It stems from a two-day lecture my biology teacher gave us about open heart surgery back then, where they'd crack your rib cage open to get in there. He went into great detail and apparently it really stuck with me. I've almost passed out hearing people discuss their operations, which is a weird way to react, but it's just how it is for me now.

That's not wholly true. They're also pollinators and feed a lot of the wildlife. Like bees, a lot of them are solitary, and a majority aren't any more aggressive than a bumblebee.

The issue is the non-solitary ones that tend to be more aggressive. Yellow jackets specifically are terribly territorial and multiply rapidly.

Bald-faced hornets are especially good at remembering faces, and will even allow people they recognize closer to the hive with little danger.

It's just really hard to not get freaked out when you see them. I know way too much and still become a puddle of screaming goo when one flies near me.

Veins. I'm terrified of the possibility of blood clots since it's kind of a nerd disease (both my hobbies and my work is sedentary), and I've been getting more scared of it because I've lost weight and now my veins are more visible/palpable.

Heights that a normal fear.

Fear of bugs or spiders on me cause I think they are dirty.

I have an odd fear because of public school. You know, in public bathrooms, when someone doesn't flush the damn toilet, so you have to flush it. I have a fear of someone putting something in the toilet that doesn't go in there, so when flushed, it would cause the toilet to explode.

That happened to someone when I was in high school a chick discarded her makeup in the toilet. The next person who used the bathroom and flushed the toilet fucking exploded into pieces the hallway was flooded.

I wasn't the person who flushed the toilet, but it left me with a very odd fear since I now know that can happen. So yeah, I'm scared of toilets exploding when I have to flush someone else's business in a public bathroom. worry about the .02 chance they discard something that would cause the toilet to blow up.

Also horrified at the idea of losing my vision, that's also up there.
