I think it’s kinda wild we had the same idea on the same day.
Maybe i should watch out for telepathic leaks. Heard those are dangerous.

9 and 10 no since they're both on Steam
Seihou (and Uwabami) are probably free game though, that's abandonware

I've heard of Touhou, and seen it's a bullet-hell set of games... but otherwise i don't have any clue of the lore or anything else.

The lore is non existent other than stuff like Remilia drenched the air with Kool Aid, Yuyuko wanted to become a gardener, Yuuka is best girl, Disabled wheelchair goddess can travel through doors in time and space, angry widow mommy gets pissed because a goddess killed her son so she becomes a Grade A hater, bird brain almost nukes the world out of general stupidity, etc.

I didn’t word that word right. I meant a Topsters-style post with only my favorites. I would never do a proper tierlist not because I can’t do it, but because I genuinely adore all 200+ characters for different reasons! (Heck, name any random char and I’ll say at least 3 things I like about them) so this’ll just be my personal faves.
